HELP! Disc stuck in PS3!

Has anyone had a disc stuck in their PS3? I have tried everything to open up the case to see where or how to remove the disc and it doesnt look like there is a way to open the case like you would to the tower on a PC. Please help! This is my husbands favorite toy and I believe my toddler just broke it!

ouch. That's never good.

Try holding down the eject button for a while (10 - 15 seconds), if that doesn't work, call Sony cause apparently this isn't an uncommon problem.
