360 - new or refurbished???
With all the issues the 360's have been having, should I go with a brand new one or a refurbished one??

I would suggest to buy it brand new and purchase a replacement plan either from bestbuy or circuit city. Please make sure you get the "replacement plan" and not the "performance" service plan.
