i dropped my friends slim ps2 now its stuck at reading disc and the browser screen
i dropped my friends new slim ps2 now its stuck at reading disc and the browser screen. Help? I dont know how to fix it. Please?

I have the same thing wrong with mine. It'll say that its reading the disk, but it won't play the game or DVD. The disk starts spinning for about a half a sec, then it starts making a clicking sound. And another thing, it won't turn off with the lid closed. I just got it in December of '06. Please help me, is it screwed beyond repair or is it fixable?
