It generally helps to provide more information than you have. I am not able to specifically tell what programs you have installed since I do not have your full reports to work with. The full reports allow us to offer more in-depth troubleshooting steps.
What I can tell from your .dmp files: your system is a bit of a mess. You have TuneUp Utilities installed; I do not recommend 3rd party optimization software, especially if it includes registry cleaning. Such software can lead to Windows being unable to boot, damaged restore points, a damaged file system, damaged Windows files, damaged program files, corrupted registry and program installations, and eventually leads to the need to clean install Windows to fix the damage caused by the 3rd party "optimization" algorithms. I would recommend that you remove the software and avoid such software in the future. Hopefully it is not already too late.
In the future, if you need help optimizing Windows 7, please follow the steps to Optimize Windows 7 for better performance.
Crashes point to your Internet Download Manager software. Remove the software, and see if the system is more stable afterward; I have seen it cause crashes in the past.
I also see NetWorx and Symantec software involved. Do you have Norton Internet Security, Norton 360, or other Symantec software installed? If so, remove the appropriate software and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials to test. Also, remove NetWorx software.
I notice you have a lot of out of date software and drivers that were likely installed on a previous version of Windows. Did you upgrade a Windows 7 or Vista installation to install Windows 8?
