Configuring An Wireless Card In Parallel for Mac

Ok, so I recently installed Parallel on my mac and so far so good. I have an wireless card that allows internet connectivity on both platforms, but I am trying to configure it so the XP side sees the wireless card on its own. I am actually trying to set up a piece of software on the XP side that can connect and terminate the wireless connection. I need to provide the software with a 'renewable' IP address which it can generate if it is allowed access to the card. And if I didn't mention it the software that needs the dynamic IP resides on the XP side. I would be grateful for any guidance that is offered. I have spent several hours on the phone with AT&T to no avail, and am trying to avoid spending $100 on Parallel tech support, as they offer NO support period unless you bring the bling bling...thanks!!
