I have ubuntu and im trying to figure out how to use vzaccess manager, i have tried wine which does not work for this. Vzaccess manager is for a verizon usb modem 760. If you could help that would be great.

Hi,

Welcome to TSF!!

Can you tell me what version of Ubuntu you are using? This will help a lot.

Cheers!

Hi,

Don't worry about taking a while to post. We all have real stuff in our lives so I might not get here everyday either, but I try. I found a new program that I would like you to try. This is a program that finds all the modems that Ubuntu can connect to and tries to use them.

Code:
sudo wvdialconfig
Have a go with this and see what results it gives you. You might also want to have a look at this page start with post 4.

Cheers!
