To anyone that can help.

Every time I attempt to log into steam it comes up with "The exception unknown software exception (0x40000015) occurred in the application at location 0x3f01b610" I've tried uninstalling so many times but the end result is the same, I've tried 4chan /g/ and Reddit, but none have helped, all they've told me is to download stuff I have no idea how to use.

So if anyone can help please do. I've stuck with this problem for a week.

I believe this issue is known to occur with outdated drivers. It won't hurt to rule that out by updating all of your drivers.
Upon completion try having steam install your files: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_...3134-TIAL-4638

Have you tried to run and install the application in Administrator mode? sometimes it will solve the problem especially if you're using windows 7. Try to click the troubleshooting process, it will show some errors on possible error why it happened.
