Slow laptop after reset

Hi all!
I noticed that my laptop was running a bit slow the past few months. Decided to do a full reset about a week ago to get rid of unnecessary files. Reset went all good, nothing to say about it. Now, I installed some of my old programs again (steam, origin etc), together with a few of my games.
After running battlefield 1, I noticed that I had a lot of moments where my FPS would drop below +- 10, even with the video settings on Low.
I made sure to check that the game was using my GPU, and not the integrated graphics card, but that changed nothing. I also use the AVG PC Tune Up booster, like I used to do before resetting my notebook, also no change.
Also noticed that my browser loads everything very slowly (Mozilla), although it's connected to a lan cable (ping: 17ms, down: +-195 mb/s, up:+- 18mb/s).
Anyone knows what might be going on? Faulty hardware, faulty drivers...?
DxDiag and Speccy file can be found in the attachment.
Computer is a Lenovo y50-70.
