Need For SPeed Most Wanted Crash

I have installed need for speed most wanted game. The game works well but I can't play any challenge including cops. Like Challenge 2,4,6,8,10 etc. I can play other challenges. Every time i load such challenge it crashes to the Desktop giving the following error

Hmm it's a strange problem, have you tried reinstalling the game yet?
Use Revo form my signature to get a full reinstall.

But yet no luck :(

Where did you get the game from? Did you purchase the game?

No borrowed it from a friend. it works well on his machine

Make sure all your video card drivers are up to date and that no other programs are conflicting with NFS.

Also make sure that the game is fully patched to the latest version.

it seems that the game installation files are missing or corrupted!
you said you borrowed the game from a friend, but is it original full game?
it seems that when you launch some specific challenges maybe the files needed are just missing or corrupted

Thanks Again. I tried (there is no way to uninstall too) so i deleted and installed it. still no luck. By the way where does the game progress gets saved..
