Heyy all whenevr i play the witcher two or any fps game, when i move the game camera it isn't smooth and feels a bit jaggy? Is this because of my mouse? will changing to a game controller help? Any advice?

try to lower the game settings to the lowest and see if that helps
if the problem persists make sure that you have enough disk space on the C Drive (or the system drive that has windows)

I definitely have enough space in my hard drive and i'm getting around 30-50 fps when i play games sooooo?

Have you tried turning Vertical Sync (V-Sync) off? That should help with camera movement being more fluid.
