Can anyone tell me if i can play the sims 3 on my acer aspire one i have windows xp and the computer is brand new it also has intel atom. please give me some kind of hope

is the Aspire One a Mini laptop?
if it is does it have a DVD Drive?
and Mini Laptops can't play games but let us know what's the full laptop specs
