Ok here's an interesting phenomena. I'm running Excel 2002 but I have noticed it in earlier versions also.
I have workbooks containing lists (like an address book) and when I first created them I could use find to find an entry then perhaps i'd close find, edit the record then open find again and it would search from where the last find stopped.
After some months I find that some, but not all, of the pages refuse to search from the last point and always start from the top of the list.
Does anybody know what controls this or how to reset the find functionality.
My lists are gererally between 1500 and 6000 lines so its a pain when I use find on a common field value.
