I am unable to access the web from within Outlook 2003. Clicking on a web link from within an e-mail message and use of the web toolbar both bring about the same error message:
"This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator."
I'm using a laptop that was just given to me my new new employer. When I contacted the IT department, they told me that the problem was most likely some sort of setting on my laptop but had no idea what to suggest to fix it.
ANY advice anyone could impart would be most gratefully appreciated.
