Question Outlook 2003 Auto HTML Formatting

Can Outlook 2003's auto text formatting feature be disabled? I am referring to when text is pasted into an email. I would like to always paste only the text and not the formatting that the text had from the document it was copied from. At least Word has the little icon that shows up allowing only the text to be kept from a paste.

I posted this question a while back and someone posted a response stating that I should paste into Notepad first and then into Outlook, but that is very aggravating and is what I have been doing all along. I want to eliminate the need for an intermediary without diabling HMTL formatting altogether.

Got busy and forgot to repond to the earlier post before it expired.

Any solutions aside from the one's mentioned above would be appreciated. Thanks!
