[SOLVED] insert a name in a document

I have a sample safety manual. The manual has a generic company name in it over 50 times in 32 pages. Instead of C&P over 50 times, how can I tell the document to insert one of my clients names in the generic company name location.
I would like to have this safety policy able to do the same for several other clients.
Thanks in advance for your help
Regards,

Find/Replace really isn't a viable option for something being done on a regular basis. instead, see: Repeating Data (Populating Multiple Like Fields)

I think for simple applications, find and replace works fine. If you were a hard core user, then other options may be more appropriate. Just my $.02.
