Excel Found unreadable content in "filename.XLS".do you want to recover the contents

Hi Team,
When opening the excel file getting the below error.
Excel Found unreadable content in "file name.XLS".do you want to recover the contents of this workbook ? If you trust the source of this workbook, click Yes.

For Solution:
1. I have Save as the file, rename the file Name & open,
2. Check the Read-Only box
3. Rename the file name, but same error.

4.I have run the detect & repair utility from Excel but getting the same error.
5. I have completely removed the MS-Office & fresh installed but getting the same error.

Error Snap has attached.
