Backup messages and contacts in MS Outlook 20007
Hello,
I have lost important mails couple of times from MS Outlook during system crash. I'm looking for a software which can help me backup my Inbox, Sent Items and Contacts. I prefer something which can do the job in real-time mode or scheduled.
However, I have my personal files located in another partition, but I'm afraid the PST file may get corrupted any time.
I use MS Office 2007.
Thanks in advance!

I use Backup4all which works well. www.backup4all.com . It can be scheduled.
Note that you must close down your Outlook programme before running any backup.

You could always use the Personal Folders Backup utility from Microsoft. Real simple to use and you just set it up to backup the pst file upon exit. I've got lots of clients using it and it's free.

It is indeed a really good software, but not working for me anymore.

I didn't see that you were running windows 7. Hopefully they'll update it to be compatible.

Well there are loads of pst backup software program that easily and professionally makes a complete backup of all your pst files in minutes. Software is easy to use and no any technical knowledge is required. You can easily download and try out the free trial version of the software and see hoe professionally the software program works. good luck!

I recently came across MailBrowserBackup and seems to work very well, even for Office 2010.
