What browser do you use (IE6, IE7, IE8beta, Firefox, ...) and what version of XP (Home, Pro, MCE, what service pack ?)

When did the problem start ?

If this is IE 7 try to reset the browser's default settings :
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923737
This will erase your history (no big deal) but it'll also erase the password list if you had IE remember the passwords for you. Make sure you remember all the logins and passwords you use online before you reset the settings.

If the above didn't help install firefox and see if it works properly :
http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/

I'll move your thread to the internet explorer support section.

See if this article from MS helps, don't forget to restart the computer once you've made the changes in the registry :
A blank Web page is displayed when you start Internet Explorer 7

If the solution above didn't help then try this one, use firefox if you can't access the pages with IE :
A Web page is blank in Internet Explorer 7
