I am running XP Pro with IE8. For some reason every time I try to open a pdf file in IE, the yellow popup blocker bar comes up with:

" This website wants to run the following add-on: 'IE PDFPlus OCX' from 'Zeon Corporation (unverified publisher)'. If you trust the website and the add-on and want to allow it to run click here...".

Does anyone have a clue what this is and why does it have to run every time?

Thanks
