Hi guys/girls, it's been a long time since i've been in here!

Ok

Problem:
My IE seems to crash one 3 of my favourite websites. This started happening after i reformatted last. The pages ie, facebook, would start to load then just freeze, i have to do the 3 finger salute to shut the sites down.

So far:
I've cleared cookies, temp folders etc, run superantispyware, kaspersky and spybot (didn't think i would find anything anyway) they were all clear.
I've restored the advanced settings in 'internet options' to factory.
Uninstalled and reinstalled IE7

Any help here would be greatly appreciated!

Send a message via Yahoo to sobeit

try another non-ms browser to help determine if its a browser problem or something else.

i don't think it's a browser problem as up until now i've used it fine, i'm just wondering if i did something wrong when i reformatted? it's the facebook site, V8 supercars and panda online scan site that do it so far, i've never hit a problem with any other sites.

I had same problem and finally it solved with disabling flash10 activeX control.

I think flash player rise this problem . you can easily disable or remove it and fix the problem.

and now we must search the web for privious version of Adobe Flash Player !

My issue was that when I go to www.facebook.com in internet explorer, it would give me a don't send error. That debug error or whatever. And IE would close once I click Don't Send. What I did to fix that was, I went to (in IE) Tools>Manage Add-ons>Enable or Disable Add-ons...> and disable QUICKfind BHO.... That allowed me to access facebook.com without crashing.
