Thanks for your answere...but this software is not suitable for my radio ...because i couldn't connect my radio through that software...

Please try to answere .....

My radio is opening in windows media player. can i record when it playing?....and do you know any software for that function?

If your soundcard supports it you can use 'record what you hear' in any sound recorder (eg Audacity) Play the radio station in media player and press record in Audacity to save as MP3

Does the noise appear at regular intervals or when you are running other software? 'Record what you hear' picks up any sounds that your computer makes, so the noise could be coming from another program, like an email alert, or if you have system sounds enabled, like a beep for opening/closing windows. Or if you're on a slow internet connection the noise could be from the radio station.
