Keep getting recover web page message

I am running Win Vista..IE9....I keep getting alot of recover webpage notices.What is going on??

Do you have issues with your web browser crashing? these messages usually appear when a page shuts unexpected.

yes ,mostly I am reading newspapers when this happens or on the shopping sites.

When the site addins is corrupted or not compatible with browser it goes to recover mode .having ieframe.dll issue . U have to press f12 in ie9 go to browser mode select ie 8 then try to open site in same window. If it works u have to go for ie 8
