Internet explorer won't connect to internet (RESOLVED)

For some reason my firefox and everything else will work but it won't connect to the internet for IE. In IE I can't open any websites and MSN won't work for me

What version of IE are you using?

Have you looked this over?

I fixed the problem but I had to reboot everything and start from scratch.
