IE9 freezes on certain webpage!!

I usually use Google Chrome for my default browser, but
there are websites which like IE's better, such as Korean websites
that requires some plugins installed (not an expert on this so I don't know how should I put this..srry), such as download clients or security clients that are used for credit card payments..

So I use internet explorer to get there.
I never had an issue with it except being slower than chrome (don't know why but it really is..) until I went onto some bookselling Korean website to order some books.
When I get to the page where I enter informations such as addresses and whatnot, it just freezes in few seconds. It doesn't say "Not responding" like when other applications freeze, but it doesn't respond to anything..
scrolling doesn't work, clicking doesn't work. the only things that would work were maximizing and minimizing the window size..

I thought waiting would solve it, but NO..
I tried waiting up to 30 minutes, tried rebooting the laptop..

It is really strange that it occurs in this page only.. :/
Also strange that it never turn white and say "not responding" like other application freezings..

help!!

Open up Notepad => Click on Format => Make sure Word wrap does Not have a tick next too. If it does just click it to turn of Word Wrap. Close notepad.

• Click Here to download ToolbarCop. Save it to your desktop.
