IE keeps crashing and reloading

Hey everyone! I'm new to this forum.please help me. my Internet explorer 8 kept crashing and reloading.so i upgraded it to IE 9.still I keep getting this error messege.

We were unable to return you to the page you were viewing.
internet explorer has stopped trying to restore this website.It appears that the website continues to have a problem.

at the bottom of the page it says

A problem with this webpage caused internet explorer to close and reopen the tab.

it doesn't matter what web page i try, it gives me the same message.some pages like google stays for a second or two and then it crashes and gives me the same message.

Other browsers work fine, but i'd really like to use IE again.Please Help Me!

You can try the following steps:

* Disable all internet add-ons (like google toolbar etc)
* Try another browser like Firefox

If you are not able to navigate to any website:
* Check if your network card is working correctly.
