Hi to all,
wanted to ask you one thing.

at work I'm using the IE 7 and I cannot switch to another browser.

wanted start using the software that blocks opening the sites during my office ours. let's say that if there's a break I can surf without any problems.

I know that for Firefox there is such a progrmam called "Leechblock" and for Chrome - "Stayfocusd".

could you help me, finding such a program for IE7.

thanks in advance.
Best regards,
