System32 Virus

My computer has a virus in the system32 folder under the file name ati2sgag (my computer runs on an ati graphics card). This keeps on downloading trojans, which my anti-virus keeps on having to quarantine but never the less it is still quite anoying. What should be my best course of action to destroy this virus without harming my computer?
Thank you.
