infections detected (AVG)

infections Are detected when scanning .it allwaz moves them to the virus valt though and ses there heald and allso on start up i get a windows pop up saying windows cant find the following file qelzdxm.dll..this happens to be the file that got infected.It gets moved to the valt and seems to regenrate itself because this is the 3rd time iv done a system scan on AVG and its detected it the infections are I-Worm/Generic.CJR and Worm/Generic_c.ZS.in my recent scan it allso found PUP Adware Generic4.DJX other then that my system dosent seem to run badly.
