Gumblar Removal?

Hi there - My PC has been acting erratically in the past week. Google randomly redirects results to britanniasearch.com and a few other sites.

I scanned with Malwarebytes, and it found "Trojan.Gumblar" which leaves a file called cagwbiy.bag file in my windows directory.

I tried scanning with AVG, but it's no longer able to update - and routinely crashes. I removed the trojan with Malwarebytes, but it keeps returning.

Also: explorer crashes when I try to open regedit. If that helps at all..
