hey i am fairly new here and not sure for the procedures used. But my familys problem is that everytime they do a "google search" and click a "search link" it gets redirected to various weird AD sites and whatnot. As this is a main computer in the household, i would like to rid myself of the virus or malware, whatever it may be.
My question is where do i start?, i have read over other threads here but most of the replies were geared toward the forum author, as i could not try these options myself.
