Dreamweaver CS4 Template Problems

I am new to Dreamweaver. I am used to manually writing all of my code. So, please bear with me.

I created a template and have applied it to all of my pages in my site. I have changed an editable region on two pages, but when I make a change to my template and update those pages, all of my font settings are lost. I have cleared out all code, detached the template and reattached it, but it is not using the default fonts in my template.

Does anyone have any ideas on what I have done wrong? Thanks in advance.
