Right clicking on an icon/application takes a long time to load. Then it's almost instant after that. However, right clicking on the desktop always takes about 20 seconds. Windows Update says I'm up to date.
I'm not seeing anything in startup that would affect the mouse this much. Maybe I could try uninstalling the Microsoft Intellipoint software. I'm not sure what, if any, benefit it has.
Definitely unistall Microsoft mouse software it is totally unnecessary as the drivers have been in Windows since 3.1 to run a mouse and that software has been creating issues since day 1
then you have something in your startup causing the problem. all you can do is to disable your different startup programs and see which one is causing the problem.
also do you have more than one antivirus installed?
Only Malwarebytes and Microsoft Security Essentials. I also noticed my Previous Windows Installations is at 21 gigs! This PC has gone from XP, to Vista, 7 and now 10. Do you think deleting the previous install will help?

No, the driver supplied with Windows 10 is as good as it gets for that GPU.
CCC doesn't support that card anymore and the last version was apparently 13.1
So I went through the tedious process of turning different startup services off and on. I eventually fixed the right click problem. However, Search and Groove music stopped working. :banghead:
...I reset the PC. Problem solved.
