Is there a reason you want to delete your Microsoft Account? If you have linked your OneDrive, PC, Office, and other Microsoft products to it, you may run into troubles down the line.
You will need to first set up a LOCAL account on your computer, chances are your MS account is actually your windows login name. This was a big change by MS starting with Windows 8, the idea was that you can log into any computer with that uname and it carries over your settings and connects your oneDrive etc...
Before deleting your MS account, go into Users, create a local Admin account with a new name and password, you will log into this from now on. Transfer all your files over from the old profile, then go into Settings and de-assoicate your MS account with Windows. You will still have the One Drive and email etc.. it doesn't actually delete your email.
