my Toshiba C55A stopped working I ordered a usb flash drive from Toshiba
and a windows 8 recovery disc from Global Technow on Amazon
they just wont work I start first with windows select recovery wizard
I then select recovery of factory default software out of the box state next comes set up starting next select upgrade install windows and keep files settings and applications
next compatibility report remove installation media re start when it restart re enter media disk
now back to the beginning start installation accept terms and again remove installed media and restart etc etc
Help do I need a new hard drive I not very PC savvy just doing my best as a 70 year old learning new things thank you in advance Barbara
