Hi everyone this is my first time using this forum. I have a problem accessing my router via login default username/password do not work (cusadmin/password). I reset my router to factory settings. Now after browsing multiple forums with no results and after the reset no wireless access I am beginning to wonder if i just got Jipped on the quality of service provided by SMC.

First off can you tell me how your network is set up?

It shows that you have two different IP addresses. What other network device (modem, router, etc) do you have besides the SMC.
