Port Forwarding through 2 routers

Hey all, I am setting up a router connected to my ISP's modem/router so that I can have a group of computers on their own network. I'm trying to set up a Teamspeak server but I can't seem to get the port forwarding right. When I try to connect to the server from a computer on the inner network through the local address 192.168.1.100 it works fine, but when I try to connect remotely using the external IP address it won't work. Also the portchecktool.com can't see the port on the computer running the Teamspeak server either.

I've never done this before so I want to make sure first I'm doing it right. What I did was find out the internal IP that my ISP's modem assigned my inner router. In this case 192.168.0.15 then I set the 3 ports I needed to forward to that IP. Then in my inner router I found out what IP that router assigned the computer running the Teamspeak server. as above it's 192.168.1.100 and forwarded the ports there.

Here are screenshots of my port forwarding screens.

My ISP's router is a Motorola SBG6580 and my inner router is a Linksys WRT54G.

Any help would be appreciated. :)
