Local network Win XP Home

Greets, I have a bit of a problem
I have two PCs, both Win XP Home, connected via ethernet cable
Both of them with "Security Configuration Manager Tool" installed ( http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=245216 )
Both of them with the same users (and same passwords), say "Peter" and "Admin".
On #1 I have a HDD shared, with access rights: Peter can only "read dir content", Admin can do everything
When I access this HDD from #1, it works just fine.
When I access it from #2, both Peter and Admin can do only what is allowed for "Guest" - therefore I assume that remote PCs with XP Home always connect to other PCs in network as "Guests". But I NEED it to work like on XP Pro - remote PC should connect as user that is currently logged on.
Any ideas?
