Idea help
Is there anything like my own computer online. I can install my own program's and save and view my own files and I can access them anywhere in the world with a password protected encryption. It should also have its own Internet browser which can also be accessed online too. With no restrictions like you get when your at work. Like a bypass. If you know what I mean. Please help. Trying to look for this for ages .

The easiest solution is to use a remote desktop program like Teamviewer or Logmein.

But I don't have a hardware computer at home. I wish to have it all online maybe like a server.

Sorry, can't help you there. You can use Dropbox to store 2 GB of files online.
