I had a simmilar problem which was driving me nuts for couple hours. I even tried "johnwill´s" suggestions (Thank you), but they didnt work for me (Or at least not alone). After an hour of brainstorming I started feeling stupid cause I didnt open myself to basic causes of this issue. I knew back in my head, that I had an Antivirus installed with a "Personal Firewall" active...I adjusted the settings a notch and rebooted the system. It works now. I hope your problem is solved by now. See you. JT
