I have a Dell Inspiron N4010, recently it has not been connecting to any wireless network, not at work, school or home! I troubleshoot the problems and it states that I have plug in Ethernet i don't know why it will not connect without it, I bought this laptop only 5 months ago! Is there anyone who can help me with this problem?

Hi Ashley890,

One thing go into the "Device Manager" and expand the "Network Adapters" section. See if you see any exclamation marks at all on any of the network devices. Hope everything works out well for you.

My System

In addition to what's been stated above, try seeing if the problem can be diagnosed by going to Start>Control Panel>Network and Internet>Network and Sharing Center. Go to Troubleshoot Problems at the bottom, and then select Network Adapter. Select the Wireless connection that is not connecting to the Internet.
