Win7 freezes upon waking

Ok so I recently up graded my wifes laptop from Vista SP2 to Wiin7 Pro. Everyting seemed fine, but whenever she would wake the computer from hibernation it would freeze a min or two later. Sometimes she would be in the middle of a task and the computer screen will just either go black or black with multipule white lines running horazontaly, then restart. I checked the specs, installed all updates, but it still has the issue. What to do now?

Here are the specs:

Windows 7 Professional (x64)
TOSHIBA Satellite L305D
2.00 gigahertz AMD Turion 64 X2
128 kilobyte primary memory cache
512 kilobyte secondary memory cache
2942 Megabytes Usable Installed Memory
166.95 Gigabytes Hard Drive Free Space
ATI Radeon X1200 Series

Thanks,

OK so after disabling the auto restart feature I finally got a BSOD: BAD_POOL_HEADER 0x19.

Testing RAM will return with results...

Ok, so following the directions here I've ran the Windows Memory Diagnostics, sfc /scannow, and chkdsk /r with no negitive results.

I have just changed the memory dump settings hoping to capture it next time.

All drivers seem to be uptodate.

Ok, attached are the BSOD results.
System Info:

Windows 7 Professional
X64
Vista Home Premium x86
Win7 Pro is a full retail version
Age of system is unknown
Win7 Pro has been on there probably 3 months tops
2.00 gigahertz AMD Turion 64 X2
ATI Radeon X1200 Series
Board: TOSHIBA Base Board Version (Belarc)
PSU is unknown

I am currently running the Verifier /query for the recommended 24 hours min as instructed. Will post results as soon as they are available.

FYI: the machine BSOD'd with the Verifier, but when I checked for a minidump there was none.

I have changed the Write Debugging Information of the Startup and Recovery setting to Small Memory Dump (256k) as instructed here did that mess up my results?

Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 passes.

Please keep Verifier running and hope for a dump one of these times.

Update these old drivers or their respective programs:
Code:
TVALZ_O.SYS Thu Nov 08 22:08:41 2007
SynTP.sys Thu Aug 14 22:03:12 2008
agrsm64.sys Mon Nov 10 10:01:35 2008
How To Find Drivers:
- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
- - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference
- - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: http://www.carrona.org/drvrdown.html

Thanks just made the Memtest boot disk.

These drivers aren't very easy to find, I'm still having trouble finding TVALZ_O.SYS

I saw that, but the only thing on the Toshiba page for ACPI was for a BIOS update, I wasn't sure if that was it. I'll take care of the chipset update tonight and let you know.

Thanks
