Vista X64 Blue Screen Problems

i have pretty much the same problem. It BSOD in low demand random moments about once a day.

Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200

and this is the error from the windows system log that pops up everytime it happens

The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load:
ASPI32
i8042prt

ASPI32 is a SCSI driver and I do not have any SCSI devices or ATAPI cdrom drives
i8042 is supposedly PS-2 support for keyboards and all I use is USB.

tried to use windbg to read the dump file and it said something about symbols not being correct and it could not perform the function.

on blue screen it says "IRQL not less or equal " with error code 0000000a
