philips spc230 webcam causes bsod on win7

hi, ive been having problems for a while with my webcam.. it worked fine for 2 weeks of having windows 7 (i used to have win xp) then all of a sudden when i tried going on webcam, my computer bsod'd on me.i have been to the philips site (the manufacturer of the webcam) and updated my driver to windows 7, it worked once, then as soon as i closed the webcam software down, and tried loading it again, yet another bsod, so im stuck at what to do now.
any help would be great as im at my wits end

ive zipped everything you needed but when i click attach and click the file i want to upload, it doesnt do anything apart from continuously load..

Is the zip file > 1.96 MB? If so, per the instructions, take some files out of the primary folder, make up a second, zip them both up and attach to post. Two 1.96mb zips per post is the limit.

ive done everything you said, tried to upload (the file is alot smaller) and it said 'invalid file'
sorry if im frustrating you, im not good with this sort of stuff
but im greatful for the help your giving me.

Is the file a zip file created by Windows? RIGHT-click on the folder, select "Send To", "Compressed (zipped) folder"
