Pc Freezes Instantly

Hi Evry 1 again, i cant find my other post =/ i want to say about it thath is solved, no more BSOD.
but now i got other problem -.-
When i try to listen to music watch videos of any kind or playng games my PC just stop nothing responds for like 5 minutes, then it come back to normal and if i dont close the videos or games it happens again and again, wat can be this?

That generally means you have a program or service conflict. Follow the instructions for How to perform a clean boot to troubleshoot a problem in Windows Vista or Windows 7 to determine what software or service is causing problems.

hi again buddy. it fixed some problems but isteel freezing sometimes, not so often but happens, any more idias to fix it?

What antivirus are you running?

Do you experience the same behavior through Safe Mode With Networking?

I use avasts free. i have it before this freezing stuff, i l try the safe mode

hi again, i tryed in safe mod and is not freezing it freezes only in normal mod

I would recommend that you Perform an In-Place Upgrade Install (Repair Install) of Windows 7.
