Occasional BSOD's (Win7 64) Please Help!

Hi guys, ive occasionally been having BSOD's that say Power_State-Driver_Failure or something along those lines
Please help!
Some further specs:
i5 Dual Core
6GB Ram
500GB Hard Drive
1GB ATI Radeon and Intel Media Accelerator HD or something
I have attached the dmp file!
Please help!
P.S.
This happened after my USB wouldnt read so I tried to restart the computer and it took ages before shutting down but finally it gave me the BSOD and then it restarted normally!
