BSOD on fresh build

Hey everyone,
Just got my new build going and have hit a BSOD already 0.0 just want to make sure all is OK

· OS - Windows 7
· Architecture - x64
· What was original installed OS on system? Yes
· What version OS: Full Retail
· Age of system (hardware) - Brand New
· Age of OS installation - have you re-installed the OS? Less than a day
· CPU - Intel 2500k
· Video Card - Intel HD3000 (currently)
· MotherBoard - Asus Gene-z
· Power Supply - Silverstone Strider 700W

I can find no record of the BSODs in the files. That does not necessarily mean they didn't occur - just that they were not recorded.

Follow these instructions, then next time a BSOD occurs take a photo of it and post it here:
Go to START -> type view advanced system settings press enter -> Advanced -> Settings (under Startup and Recovery)

You should see a screen that looks like this -


Set the settings how I have them. Make sure Automatic Restart is unticked.

On the Drop-down with Small memory dump (256KB) in it select Kernel Memory Dump and check that that has the Directory set to %SystemRoot%\MEMORY.DMP. Make sure to set the drop down back to Small memory dump (256KB)

Then press OK.

Also go back a few windows, and instead of selecting Settings (under Startup and Recovery) select Settings (under Performance) -> Advanced -> Change (under virtual memory) -> make sure Automatically manage paging file size for all drives is ticked, then press OK.
