BSOD on AMD build, HELP !!!!!!!

Hi there

Yesterday i just installed window 7 on my hdd and it started giving bsod and its also freeze the screen, white background with black dot. Please help me. All files are attached down below.

System:
CPU: AMD Phenom X2 550(AM3, 3.10GHz, Unlocked)
CPU-Fan: Cooler Master Hyper TX3 Evo
RAM: Kingston 1333mhz ddr3 2gb
Mobo: Asus M4n68t-m le v2
HDD: WD Sata 500GB
Graphic card: Zotac GTX 550TI, 1GB GDDR5
Power Supply: OCZ Fatal1ty 550w

Start by resetting the bios to defaults, once the system is stable you can try unlocking the CPU cores.

May not be the issue, but in many cases diagonal lines on screen show that the refresh rates don't match. If you can boot to safe mode, set graphics to 60hz refresh.
Since you can get on line, look for refresh rates and resolution for your monitor, then set card to those limits.
