Windows 7 SP1
x86 (32-bit)

Everything inside is brand new
Havent tried re-installing
AMD Athlon II X4 640 processor 3.00Ghz
Ati Radeon HD5770
Asus M4A78LT-M LE
Z POWER 650W

Hi Thanks in advance for your help. This is the first pc i've built from scratch and the Bsod have only happened a few times and sometimes when playing games it crashes to desktop so i dont know if its related. The only other thing i can tell you is that i didnt realize that the graphics card needed a seperate power supply so i had to get a connector to go from two molex connectors. Thanks

If you suspect hardware problems (and the crashdumps initially appear that way), then attempt the following tests:

RAM: Memtest86+
CPU: Prime95
Disk: Seatools
GPU: Furmark and heavy gaming. You may also put a hurting with some Unigine benchmarks.

For Memtest, let run overnight (7+ passes).
For Prime95, Torture Test, Large FFTs. Let run overnight.
For Seatools, Short & Long Self Tests.
Furmark is good for initial testing, but heavy graphics from a game will truly determine stability for GPU.

Report any errors immediately during testing. It's best to halt testing until the errors noticed are taken care of first. Note that with Prime95 it will not stop unless it errors.

Don't forget to note voltage and temp outputs (especially during testing) with something like HWMonitor.

1 stick is Geil Value 2GB DDR3 1333 Memory and the other Corsair 2GB DDR3 1333MHz Memory Module Unbuffered.
I ran memtest early on each stick and it came up ok but ill do the others now.
Ill try and get into bios and find the info now.
Thanks for your help so far guys.

i used to have the same problem when i build my own pc . same as yours except
processor = intel i5 2,66

my power supply is 650 w too .

my screen was crashing , when watching any type of video on every player except windows media player . or when playing games . i was experiencing some BSOD too .

i have tried numerous solutions , i even contacted microsoft and had a supervisor to help me deal with the problem but nothing happened .

i am not sure what helped me the most to resolve the problem but since i disabled AERO , and since the new drivers from ATI came out , i dont have any issues . my screen never crushes , but BSOD may happen once a month when i want to restart ONLY .

i dont know if this helps but you can try installing older or newer drivers of your graphics card , and disabling AERO for some time .

your 12v voltage is a little low and could be dropping alot when pushed hence the failure your cpu temp is a little high for being at idle.

Aero does use a of memory and can cause issues.

download memtest86 and with one stick of ram installed run memtest for several passes then swap sticks and test again.

You either have an overheating problem or a ram problem and/or psu problem.

It's not really good to jump the gun on buying stuff, as I agree with konefsta. However, since your memtests prove good but your prime95 results show bad, it's often going to be the cause of either your psu, motherboard, or cpu. Without a multimeter to test with, you most likely will have to resort to swapping hardware to find the exact cause. If you have make sure that it isn't an overheating issue before progressing forward. If you're confident there's no overheating, then replacing the PSU surely is your best bet to start off with, since it relates to your voltage issue as well as it being the cheapest item of the bunch.
