BSOD Multiple crashes, thought the problem was fixed, but now my system crashes again

· CPU: AMD Phenom II x4 965 Processor 3.4Ghz
· Video Card - AMD Radeon HD 6670

· Power Supply - 650W (I think, I can't seem to find any information on it)

· System Manufacturer: Cyberpower

I'm not entirely sure what is going on. I thought I fixed the BSOD problem a few months ago but my computer has been crashing recently. Let me know if I did anything wrong with the report!
