Hello,

I suspect SPTD may be the cause here. SPTD is a component of Daemon Tools, and in your case, Alcohol 52%. It has a long history of causing BSODs, so this is no surprise.

Uninstall Alcohol, and then use this utility to remove SPTD itself: http://www.duplexsecure.com/download...t-v177-x86.exe

One crash blamed your Broadcom ethernet adapter driver; I see there is an update here: Broadcom.com - Ethernet NIC 4401 Driver Downloads

It's not much newer than your current ones, at 2007, but it's a help. Your current ones:
Code:
bcm4sbxp.sys Tue Nov 21 07:25:43 2006 (4562F047)
If BSODs persist, run driver verifier: http://www.techsupportforum.com/foru...ed-473665.html

I used the tool you suggested to remove alcohol50% from my computer. I can't update my ethernet driver as every time I try to, either automatically or manually, it says my driver is upto date. While posting this I got another BSOD (Thread tried to release a resource it did not own)

Will run that verification now.

Ran Verifier, resulted in BSOD, minidump file is attached.

Hmm, I still see SPTD installed. Try running that utility again, make sure to select "Uninstall".

Ran it again and made double sure that I clicked "uninstall" on it. Restarted my computer and had another BSOD.

Newly created mini-dump file is attached. Do you want me to run the verifier again?

Alright, SPTD seems to have been shaken.

Do you have any USB devices attached?

Run driver verifier: http://www.techsupportforum.com/foru...ed-473665.html

Two USB devices - Logitceh Performance MX Wireless Mouse and I believe its the G330 Logitech Headset.

Going to run Verifier soon.

Ran the verifier and got a BSOD, restored and reset the verifier, but before I could zip up the minidump file for you I got another BSOD and the minidump file was somehow deleted. Should I follow the normal process in reporting a BSOD or is there someway I can find the file? (An in depth search for files created in the past 2 days did not turn up the most recent BSOD)

If you can switch to a wired mouse and remove the headset for now, that will help us eliminate a few possibilities.

The most likely reason I can think of for your dump file disappearing is a cleaning program. Are you using anything like CCleaner?

Go ahead and upload another jcgriff2 report; hopefully we can fish some clues out of Event Logs instead of the customary dumps.
